We stayed at Villa Magnolija for the second time and once again everything was perfect. Beautiful and spotless accommodation, a great location, and very friendly hosts.

We traveled with our two dogs and really appreciated the excellent nearby areas for walking and swimming.

Absolutely amazing stay! The house in Pula exceeded all expectations, it was the perfect setup for our group. The property is beautifully positioned on the seaside with breathtaking panoramic views of the Adriatic from both the house and the pool. Waking up to the sound of the sea and enjoying coffee or wine on the terrace was unforgettable. The pool with a sea view quickly became our favorite hangout spot, whether for morning swims or sunset lounging. The house was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxed stay. Svetislav was a fantastic host, friendly, responsive, and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. His local tips were also super helpful. This place was everything we hoped for and more. If you're looking for a peaceful, scenic escape with easy access to the sea and plenty of space for a group, this is it. We'll definitely be back!

I really appreciated that the villa was right by the beach. It had its own spa facilities in case of bad weather, its own swimming pool and a lovely seating area in the garden with a barbecue. Everything we needed for a barbecue was provided. Children under 14 enjoyed free lessons at the nearby Waike Club from 8.00 am to 9.00 am. The location, quality and attention to detail of this villa are truly exceptional and it fully deserves 5 stars.
