Lenox Villas is a Croatia vacation home rental and development company launched in 2015 with a vision to bring the best world-class hospitality management expertise to the Croatian market. Lenox Villas works with select home owners and real estate investors to maximize profits from their investment properties.

Guests who book with us have access to carefully selected properties with the best amenities. We work only with private houses and villas with a swimming pool and a comfortable space around the house with all amenities for a good rest and long-term stay of guests.

All houses are different. Some houses are owned by frequent travelers or families who are often away for weeks and invite guests to stay while they are gone. Others are second homes that are rarely inhabited. Rest assured, homeowners’ personal items will be stored separately, and any storage areas will be marked for personal use.

We take over the full management and maintenance of the property, as well as work with our own property collection.

Carefully selected offer: we work only with fully equipped houses and villas, equipped with everything necessary for long-term stay and recreation of guests.
All equipment provided for private houses and premium villas, and each house is personally assessed by our staff before it is listed on our website.
Professionally Managed Homes Only: Standards matter and every property is professionally managed to provide guests with a clean home and 24/7 local help desk to assist during their stay.
All houses and villas are provided with high-speed Wi-Fi, linens and premium amenities, as well as facilities for the whole family on request.

We build long-term relationships with property owners as well as our guests. Regular guests are offered flexible conditions and discounts.

Each home has been carefully vetted for safety, security, design and condition. All homes will be clean and ready for you to arrive.

We’ll work as fast, as smart, and as hard as you do to fulfill the goals you have for your property.

With our partners in Croatia we assist clients with Project Design services as well.

Our Project management team offers turnkey solutions for clients in a construction process of their property.

Payments, Pricing & Reservation Requirements

Major credit cards and PayPal.

Our site currently only allows for online payment or you can pay by a link, that we can send you on your email or phone.

You will either be charged the full amount when you book or have the amount split into two payments depending upon the payment and cancellation policy of your selected villa.

14 / 30 / 60-day cancellation homes:

  • For reservations made outside of the cancellation window, (e.g. more than 30 days out for a 30-day cancellation policy home), you will be charged 50% of the total amount at time of booking. 
  • The remaining 50% will be charged at either 14, 30 or 60 days prior to your arrival date, depending on which policy your home follows.
  • For reservations made inside the cancellation window, (e.g. less than 30 days out for a 30-day cancellation policy home) you will be charged 100% at the time of booking.

90-day cancellation homes: 

  • For reservations made more than 90 days prior to arrival, you will be charged 50% of the total amount at time of booking. This is non-refundable.
  • The remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to your arrival.
  • For reservations made 90 days or less prior to arrival, you will be charged 100% at time of booking. This is non-refundable.

A security deposit may be required to ensure proper care of the home and, if so, this will be noted in the “House Rules” section of the home listing and in your booking confirmation mail.

In these cases, our manager will meet you before check-in to collect the appropriate security deposit amount. They will also be responsible for returning the security deposit to you following check-out, assuming the home is in the appropriate condition.

The cancellation policy for each home rental is displayed on the listing page and will also be included in your reservation confirmation email. You should determine which of the following cancellation policies applies to your reservation. 

Refunds are not granted if requested past the established cancellation window.

In the unlikely event that they need to change your reservation, they will find an alternative accommodation that you are happy with or provide a full refund.

Listing your property with us

Our very minimum requirement for the properties are:

House or villa must have an area of 200 m2 at least. Must have a swimming pool
Has to be located in an attractive place for tourists and traveler’s
Has to be provided with all the necessary equipment for a full-fledged short or long-term stay of guests

You don’t. We take care of evertything.

We take care of property damage insurance and guests insurance as swell.

This is discussed individually depending on the terms of the contract and the amount of work that we undertake for you.

Getting started is easy! To get started, contact our team and they will walk you through our services, confirm if your home is a good fit for us, and go over your individualised management fee. If you choose to move forward, you will sign a management agreement with us. We will also request access to the property so we can verify permits, clean it up and do an initial inspection, as well as compile an online listing for your home. We would just need to honor any reservations that have already been made at your home for this period of time.
