Modernly furnished house with everything you need! Large cupboards, plenty of space, private pool and direct access through the garden to the sea-top! The kitchen contains the basic equipment for 8 people – 1 time each (plus pans and pots) and the dishwasher does the dishes. Filter coffee machine, kettle, stove, oven, microwave, large fridge and freezer are available. Dining table for 8 people plus children high chair are next to the large couch (plus TV) and make up the ground floor with wardrobe, garage and 1 double room, including bathroom. Here is also the pool access (terrace with beach chairs, chairs and a small table). From here you can reach the garden via a staircase. On the first floor there are three other bedrooms (each double room) and 1 children’s crib bed. The beds have 1 large blanket for 2 people. The rooms include a towel, a bath towel and a bathrobe per person (white). There is a wardrobe, a TV and a desk in each nicely decorated room. On the roof there are two roof terraces, but they are more of a view than a user’s (no other facilities). In the basement there are two other (small) bathrooms, a steam room, a sauna and a gym. It has a treadmill and an elliptical with a sea view (big glass front). From here you go into the garden (one floor lower than the entrance of the house). Here you will find a large table, a parasol, a barbecue (coal) and an outdoor sink. The garden is large, with a tree and grass (which looks typical in the southern dry state). In addition, there is a washing machine and a dryer in the basement. Garage and courtyard with automatic drive. The landlord is easy to reach and fast on site for problems (hardly speaks English, no German, communication still works 🙂 ).

There are many birds (seagulls, pigeons, sparrows, swallows,…) that like to sit at the house and do their business here now and then. On arrival everything was cleaned top of the tip, but during the holiday a lot of dirt comes along. That’s the only minimal minus point. Attention: safe in the wardrobe is (yet) not installed with a wardrobe, so no safe storage possibility.
